Who Owns This Site, and How It Makes Money
Equal Rights for Divorced Fathers (ERDF) is a national news and advocacy publication advocating for the rights of fathers nationwide. ERDF is published by Equal Rights For Divorced Fathers LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The website is owned and operated by MCNM LLC (MCNM Marketing), a for-profit digital marketing and media company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael Franklin is Editor-in-Chief.
We are not a nonprofit, not a charity, not a law firm, and not a government agency. We do not hold 501(c)(3) status and we do not solicit tax-deductible donations.
Affiliated Links and Client Relationships
Some organizations we link to have a business relationship with MCNM:
- Owned by MCNM: Fathers Help Line Las Vegas (fathershelplinelv.com), a fathers’ rights help line serving Las Vegas and Clark County. MCNM LLC owns and operates it, so it is a sister site to ERDF.
- MCNM Marketing client: Family Court Help Line (familycourthelpline.com), which is independently owned. MCNM Marketing provides it with paid marketing services.
Because MCNM owns these organizations or is paid by them, every link on this site to their domains is an affiliated link, whether or not it is individually labeled. The same applies to any other MCNM Marketing client we link to.
No Connection to Similar Names
ERDF is not affiliated with any local law office, legal-services provider, or other organization that uses a similar name. If a website or business listing uses “Equal Rights for Divorced Fathers” or “ERDF,” it is not us unless it links back to equalrightsfordivorcedfathers.com.
Funding and Editorial Independence
